This page provides help with the most common questions about Santa Store.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Santa Store accepts all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress as well as direct payments through PayPal and ApplePay. For Dutch residents we have the most popular payment method - iDeal.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to European Countries and you can find important information in our Shipping Policy. We plan to start shipping worldwide in the future. Please contact Santa Store owner via magic@santa.store if you cannot find your country in the list or cannot check-out - we will find a solution together.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

We ship with DHL within the Netherlands and we have partnered with DPD to ship to other EU and European Countries.

All Santa Store ornaments are entirely handmade and are available in limited quantities. Keep an eye on Santa Store Instagram - you will find videos of the creation process and workshop there and Santa Store owner will keep you updated on many new cool designs and events.

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped from the Netherlands, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

Do you sell wholesale?

Santa Store sells directly to our customers through this website. In the future, we plan to carefully select a few boutiques where Santa Store products can be represented well. If you would like to receive more information, please contact me with a detailed information about your boutique.
